Evolving from a traditional art gallery, Smith Galeria is conceived to provide proactive and enriching experiences by encouraging direct dialogue between the artist and the public. 

To know more about an artist's production, CV and biography, request more photos of artworks or purchase, fill out the form on the CONTACT tab, using the LEAVE A COMMENT space at the bottom of each artist's page. You can also communicate with the artist directly through the contact provided or via the social media displayed below their name on their page.

If you would like to purchase, be sure to send all your questions and doubts regarding the best way of payment, shipping, and delivery time to the artist or the gallery. Please note that freight and artwork insurance and the cost of documentation and forwarding agent's fees (if any) are added to the price of the artwork and will be informed to you by the artist or by the gallery. Keep in mind that it may take a few days for a complete response.

Smith Galeria will intervene just on request to ensure that transactions are conducted smoothly and suggest using PayPal or similar services for better security when transferring payment.

Please note that while encouraging independence of communications, Smith Galeria is not responsible for any financial transaction that does not take place under its direct supervision.

RETURN POLICY: If you decide that the piece you purchased is not for you for any reason, Smith Galeria has a return policy. Please ask about it before closing the acquisition.
